This salad is my life


Chop: red onion, tomato, avocado, chilli, garlic
Shred: spinach and flat leaf parsley
Process: 6-7 florets of broccoli until the texture of cous cous
Add: puy lentils, chickpeas, cayenne pepper and cumin
Dress: with udos oil and the juice of one lemon, lots of pepper and  a pinch of salt
Mix and eat. 
YUM.
